A native mobile experience where people can leave a prayer request at the table, pick one up to pray for, and return to the prayers they have carried.
The origin
The product began roughly fourteen years ago as an Advanced JavaScript course project: leave a prayer request and pray for someone else's. The concept endured, but the original web prototype was not built for modern mobile use, scalable data, identity, privacy, moderation, or app-store release.
The rebuild
The current work reframes that original idea as a calm native experience with a shared feed, request creation, anonymous display choices, prayer details, prayer history, and daily verse content.
The course project established the core idea years before the current native mobile rebuild.
The PSS proving ground
A focused MVP and explicit future phases keep the first release centered on the core prayer experience.
React Native, Expo, and Firebase support one product direction across iOS and Android.
Product, UX, engineering, security, QA, privacy, moderation, and release readiness are reviewed before public beta.

Current outcome
The rebuild has a functioning core experience, Firebase-backed capabilities, release assets, and a structured readiness assessment. Private beta builds are active on iOS and Android, with controlled testing underway before broader availability.
What it demonstrates
AI has supported research, planning, implementation, review, and documentation. Human decisions still define the product, determine what evidence is sufficient, set the safety and quality bar, and decide when the app is ready for real people.
