Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Product Spark Studio website and to access or use of Praying For You Community. By using either service, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be able to enter into this agreement where you live. Praying For You Community is currently in a private, invitation-only beta limited to testers age 18 and older. This temporary beta restriction does not determine the age requirements for a future public release. If you cannot lawfully agree to these terms, do not create an account or use the app.

Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for activity under your account. Provide accurate account information and contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Your content

Prayer requests and reports are user-generated content. You keep ownership of content you create. You give Product Spark Studio permission to host, process, display, and moderate that content as needed to operate, protect, and improve Praying For You Community. Choosing an anonymous display option does not remove the internal account association needed for ownership and moderation.

Do not post content that you do not have the right to share. Consider the privacy of other people before including names, health details, or other sensitive information.

Acceptable use

Do not use the services to:

• Threaten, harass, exploit, abuse, or target another person.
• Post hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, deceptive, illegal, or deliberately harmful content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Reveal another person’s private information without permission.
• Interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or bypass access controls.
• Use automated means to scrape, overwhelm, or misuse the service.
• Promote self-harm or provide instructions intended to cause harm.

Moderation and removal

Users can report prayer content for manual review. Product Spark Studio may review, restrict, soft-remove, or remove content, and may suspend or terminate accounts, when reasonably needed to enforce these terms, protect users, address safety concerns, or operate the service. Moderation does not guarantee that every harmful item will be identified or removed.

Account suspension and termination

You may use the in-app Delete account action where available. Product Spark Studio may suspend or end access for violations of these terms, misuse, safety risks, legal requirements, or service protection. The current deletion behavior is described in the Privacy Policy.

Product Spark Studio content

The Product Spark Studio name, brand assets, website, app design, software, and other studio-created materials are owned by Product Spark Studio or used with permission. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit them except as the law permits or with written permission.

Service availability and changes

Praying For You Community is currently in private beta. Features may change, pause, or stop as the product is tested and improved. Product Spark Studio does not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or that every feature will remain available.

No emergency or professional service

Praying For You Community is a prayer-request product. It is not an emergency, crisis, medical, mental health, legal, or other professional service. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified resource.

Disclaimers

The services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent the law permits, Product Spark Studio does not make warranties that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Responsibility for harm

Each party remains responsible to the extent required by applicable law. No governing law, venue, arbitration requirement, or fixed liability cap has been established in these terms. Those provisions remain subject to owner and professional legal review.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the services and operating practices change. The effective date at the top will be updated. Continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept the revised terms, where permitted by law.
