Email product support

Safety report

Use the in-app report action for a prayer request when it is available. For an urgent follow-up about app content, email the request details and why you are concerned.

Email a safety report

Account deletion

Signed-in users can choose Delete account in Settings. The action removes active requests from the feed, then deletes the profile and Firebase Authentication account.

Privacy or data request

Ask about your information, request deletion, or raise a privacy concern by email. We may need to confirm which account is involved.

What to include

Do not send your password, authentication codes, or another person’s private information by email.

Deletion details

The verified in-app flow soft-removes your active prayer requests from the visible feed before deleting your private profile document and Firebase Authentication user. Soft-removed prayer requests may remain as minimal backend records for moderation, auditability, and data consistency. A permanent-deletion schedule has not been established.

If the in-app action is unavailable or does not complete, email a manual support request. The behavior of prayer interactions and reports after account deletion remains under review, so include those in your request if they are part of your concern.

CareerOS and client work

CareerOS is in development and is not currently offered for external user support. Home of the Hangover is client work and has its own public website. Product Spark Studio support is focused on studio inquiries and PSS-owned product questions.

Emergency help

Product Spark Studio and Praying For You Community do not provide emergency or crisis services. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified resource.
